Saturday 17 June
On Saturday morning, we welcomed lots of little creative visitors to the Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery for a workshop with CocoRio exploring the various ways to find inspiration for art from the land and trees. The children painted beautiful rainbow works using different materials. Our little Manet's and Monet's also enjoyed some delicious treats from DoughnutTime.
Over at Warren Mews, we opened the National Garden Scheme Open Day with a delicious bake sale of tea and goodies. Some of these delectable treats were generously donated by Miel, DoughnutTime and Honey&Co, and some were home baked by the ladies at the Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery. Raising vital money for health and care charities across the UK, the National Garden Scheme does fantastic work for charity whilst also opening up stunning, secret gardens for visitors.
We were serenaded all afternoon by gorgeous jazz by IndigoBlue. A special thank you to Sachin and Sparkles, IndigoBlue's amazing vocalists.
